Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our simple return policy below.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care products

Partial refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for:

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval (or rejection). Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Contact your bank if the refund still hasn’t appeared.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
